Art of Living Happiness Programme Concludes in Bhadarwah with Great Success
Bhadarwah 01 July, 2024 : The serene landscapes of Bhadarwah witnessed the successful culmination of a transformative 5-day Art of Living Happiness Programme. Organized from 26th to 30th June, the event spanned across two locations, Nagar and Sartingal Main, drawing enthusiastic participation from 66 registered individuals.
Led by esteemed instructors including State Coordinator of Art of Living, Bhagwati Prasad Sharma, Minakshi Sharma, V. P. Kotwal, Mira Amla, Chakshu Sharma and Dr Reva Sharma, the programme offered yoga, meditations, life skills and profound sessions on holistic well-being and personal development.The participants learned world renowned Sudarshan kriya which is a life transforming process especially for mental well-being.
AThis transformational program began many years ago. The Art of Living team has now revived this initiative with the goal of strengthening its impact within the civil society of Bhaderwah. They plan to continue it regularly to promote healthy living among the local population.
The closing ceremony was attended by dignitaries including District Development Council Chairman Dhanter Singh Kotwal, Art of Living teacher and retired Chief Engineer Varinder Kotwal, Mast Nath Yogi, Ved Prakash Kotwal and others. Their presence underlined the community’s support for the initiative that promotes mental and emotional well-being.
Participants expressed deep gratitude for the transformative experience, emphasizing the programme’s impact on enhancing mindfulness and promoting inner peace. The event not only fostered personal growth but also strengthened community bonds, reflecting Art of Living’s commitment to fostering harmony and well-being.
