Powerful Collision of Car With Truck on Jammu-Srinagar NH, 3 Died, Two Injured

Udhampur, June 14, 2026 [VoM News]: In the early hours of the day, an unfortunate accident occurred when a car collide with a truck near Nagrota area of Jammu on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, resulting in three causalities and two injuries, Daily Excelsior reported.

As per details available with VoM News, accident occurred at around 2:15 am on dial in the Jagti-Karli stretch of Jammu’s Nagrota.

The injured were rushed to hospitals for treatment, whereas, two people lost their lives on spot while another one succumbed to injuries at during treatment at Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu.

The deceased were identified as Sikander Saifi, Shakti and Mohit Verma, all residents of Haryana. Deepak Verma and Kuldeep Sharma were the injured ones recieving treatment currently at GMC Jammu.

Regarding this, officials have initiated the probe to reveal the exact cause of this accident and the circumstances leading to collision.
