Alternatively, a minimum of 60 percent marks (50 percent for specific categories) in MSc (Agriculture) with specialization in any discipline or MSc with specialization in any discipline of Agriculture is acceptable.

For Senior Manager (Marketing), a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification in-line marketing experience is necessary, focusing on the sale of Agri Inputs in the rural market. Manager (Marketing) requires 11 years of similar experience in the marketing of Agri Inputs. Deputy Manager (Marketing) necessitates a minimum of 07 years of post-qualification in-line marketing experience, specifically in Seed Production, Processing, and Marketing.

Candidates applying for the position of Assistant Manager (Microbiologist) should possess an MSc degree in Microbiology with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Additionally, a minimum of 03 years of working experience as a Microbiologist in any Bio-fertilizers Plant or pharmaceutical industry is required. Medical Officer (Gynecology & Obstetrics) applicants must have an MBBS Degree and at least 01 year of professional experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics.

NFL Invites Applications:Application Documents and Remuneration

During the application submission, candidates are required to provide various documents, including Matriculation Certificate, Mark sheets, Degree Certificates, Experience Certificate, Caste Certificate, Medical Certificate, Identity Proof, Photograph, and Signature. Selected applicants will receive a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹220,000, depending on the specific position.
