To seek revenge, he purchased two knives from a local vendor and executed the plan on January 25.

The body of the deceased woman, aged between 25 and 30, was discovered near railway tracks with over 20 cut-mark injuries inflicted by a sharp-edged weapon. The gruesome murder involved multiple stab wounds, including a slit neck and injuries to the pubic area. Kumar called the victim to Budh Vihar Nala, where he attempted to persuade her to live together; when rejected, he took her to a railway yard, where the brutal murder took place.

The investigation involved analyzing nearly 100 hours of CCTV footage, tracking the accused’s routes, and activating local informers. Based on technical and local information, Pandav Kumar was identified and arrested. The police revealed that the accused fled the spot after committing the murder, following a preconceived plan.
