AMU Invites Applications for Assistant Professor and Senior Resident Positions

Applications are currently being accepted by Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh, for the position of Temporal Assistant Professors in various departments, including Plastic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Anatomy, and Microbiology. Additionally, the college is inviting applications for the role of Senior Resident in the Department of Radiodiagnosis.

These engagements are temporary, and interested candidates can apply online. Hard copies of applications must be submitted to the Dean Faculty of JN Medical College, Aligarh. The deadline for submitting applications is February 2, 2024.

The pay scale for Assistant Professors is AL-10, while Senior Residents will be at AL-11. A Local Selection Committee is scheduled to convene on February 12, 2024, to assess eligible candidates. Applicants are required to bring all original documents, including mark sheets and experience certificates from class 12th to post-graduation, in compliance with NMC norms.

A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 500/- is applicable for each application form, payable online at the Careers Portal. PwD candidates are exempt from this fee upon uploading an authentic Disability Certificate with their application.
