Kishtwar: Two individuals lost their lives when a load carrier plunged into a deep gorge at Margan Top near the Warwan area of Kishtwar district on Thursday, officials reported. The vehicle was en route from Anantnag to Marwah when the accident occurred near Naribaran, resulting in the fatalities.
The deceased have been identified as Abid Hussain from Khudwani and Showkat Ahmed Pathana from Larnoo Matigowran. Rescue operations are currently underway to retrieve the bodies from the gorge.
