DGCA Terminates Contract of CFOI Captain Vivek Chhabra

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has terminated the contract of Chief Flight Operations Inspector (CFOI) Captain Vivek Chhabra on administrative grounds and in the public interest.

Captain Chhabra had joined DGCA on an ad hoc basis in March 2021, with the engagement period extending until June 30, 2025.

The termination comes following confidential inputs, and the order cites provisions of the terms and conditions of his engagement as the basis for the immediate termination of his contract.
