JK Govt orders Re-constitution of Departmental Promotion Committee for
promotion of Section Officers/Senior Stenographers

Jammu Kashmir Govt vide Government Order No. 2069-JK(GAD) of 2024
Dated:11.12.2024, issues the order for Re-constitution of Departmental
Promotion Committee for promotion of Section Officers/Senior Stenographers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service.

As per order, a copy of which is also available to VoM reads:
In partial modification of Government Order No.584-JK(GAD) of 2024 dated 12.02.2024, it is hereby ordered that the composition of the Departmental Promotion Committee for considering the promotion of Section Officers/Senior Stenographers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service shall be as under:

Administrative Secretary,
General Administration Department, will acts as chairman, whereas Rohit Sharma, JKAS Additional Secretary to the Government, will be member of the committee.

Vivek Phonsa, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government,
Public Works (R&B) Department & Shakeeb Arsallan, JKAS, Under Secretary to the Government,
General Administration Department, Urvi Singh, JKAS, Under Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, will work as Member, member and member secretary in this committe.
