
Top Actor Allu Arjun To Appear Virtually In Pushpa 2 Stampade Case
New Delhi, June 22, 2026 [VoM News]: In connection to Sandhya Theatre stampede case, the top actor All Arjun will attend the hearing through video conferencing, as per the earlier directions of Nampally Court.
As the actor is under ongoing film shoot in Mumbai, he sought the permision from the court to attend virtually which was accepted by the court.
In December 2024, a fatal stampede took occured during a special screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule at Sandhya Theatre, resulting into a death of a woman Revathi, while her son was seriously injured.
A large crowd was gathered outside the theatre during the film’s premiere. Later, the authorities a chargesheet against multiple individuals linked to the event. However, Allu Arjun announced the financial assistance for the victims, the investigators has named the actor and his management.
The matter is yet in the court as the legal proceedings are continued.
