The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 Paper 1 (BE/BTech) results have been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). 56 applicants in all received perfect scores of 100 percentile.According to a press announcement from the NTA, the scores for Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and 2B (B.Planning) in the JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 will be released individually.Fifteen of the fifty-six individuals who received a perfect score are from Telangana; the remaining seven come from Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Delhi.Shayna Sinha, Madhav Bansal, Tanay Jha, Ipsit Mittal, Bhavesh Ramakrishnan Karthik, and Arsh Gupta are the six Delhi students who reached the 100 percentile.

10,67,959 candidates—of the 11,79,569 registered candidates—appeared for the exam, including 3,29,600 female candidates, 7,38,351 male candidates, and 8 candidates of the third gender. Although 3779 candidates in the handicapped category enrolled for the exam, only 3369 of them showed up, with 2625 women and 744 men. The NTA will administer the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) starting in 2019 on behalf of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.NTA held the JEE (Main) – 2024 in two sessions, namely Session 1 (January 2024) and Session 2 (April 2024), during the Academic Session 2024–25.Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu were among the thirteen languages in which the exam was administered.

In 319 cities, 571 unique examination centers administered the JEE (Main) 2024 Session 2, which included 22 non-Indian cities in Abu Dhabi, Cape Town, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Manama, Muscat, Oslo, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait City, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos/Abuja, Colombo, Jakarta, Vienna, Moscow, Port Louis/Reduit, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Washington, DC. Nonetheless, Session 1 was held in 291 locations over around 544 centers (including 21 places outside of India).39 candidates have been the subject of strict measures, such as a three-year debarment, due to their use of unfair tactics (UFM).Because the JEE (Main) 2024 exam was administered in accordance with the standards and guidelines required for administering any high-stakes exam, all applicants were given fair and equal opportunities.
