VoM News Desk, June 24, 2026 [VoM News]: A new report of the United Nations has created the strong uproar and wide condemnation across the globe which has documented the grave violations against the palestinian children by Israeli forces and settlers, giving the rise to a fresh geopolitical concern.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has welcomed the report of United Nations and has called for urgent international action.
In a statement, the ministry said the report provides significant legal material on alleged abuses, including killings, displacement, detention, starvation, torture and denial of access to healthcare and education.
The Ministry has urged the international community to ensure accountability for those responsible.
The ministry accused Israeli forces and settler groups of treating Palestinian children as targets and said the findings point to repeated violations of international law and child-protection conventions.
It also state the report highlights what it described as the failure of the international community to stop the violations or ensure effective protection for children in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Though, the ministry did not provide further details from the UN report, but it said that its findings should lead to concrete measures rather than renewed statements of concern.
