Accident on Doda’s Phigsoo Road; 5 dead, 5 injured

Five people lost their lives, and five others were injured in a tragic road accident on the Phigsoo road.

According to the police, a vehicle with the registration number JKO6 3089, on the way from Thathri to Thathri was involved in the accident near Khanpura.

The vehicle fell into a deep gorge, resulting in the deaths of five individuals at the scene, with five others sustaining injuries.

The injured were rushed to GMC and AH Doda hospitals for treatment.

The injured has been identified as Mohd Amir S/o mohd Shafi R/O Phagsoo (Age 28), Baby Girl Age Approximately 10 (Refered), Baby Girl Age 8 (Refered), Sufiyan Sheikh S/o Bashir Ahmed r/o Behndoga Age 24,(Refered) and Saima Begum w/o Mohd Amir where deceased has been identified as Mukhtiyar Ahmed S/0 Abdul Gani R/o Bandoga Age 28 Brought Dead, Baby Girl D/o Mohd Amir Brought Dead, Riyaz Ahmed s/o Abdul Gani R/o Phagsoo Brought Dead, Ireena Begum wo Saddam Hussain R/o ghunti BROUGHT dead, Mohd Rafi S/o Abdul Rehman R/O phagsoo Brought Dead.
