Jammu-Srinagar Highway Closed Due to Landslides
The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway is currently impassable due to landslides occurring at Kishtwari, Pather, and Sherbibi, as reported by the Jammu and Kashmir traffic police on Sunday.
A spokesperson for the J&K Traffic Police stated, “The closure of the Jammu Srinagar NHW is a result of landslides at Kishtwari, Pather, and Sherbibi. Commuters are strongly advised to refrain from traveling on NH-44 until the weather conditions improve, and the road is cleared.
