Infinix Note 40 Pro: FCC Listing Unveils Impressive Specs – 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage, 70W Wired Charging, and Stylish Vintage Green Variant
The Infinix Note 40 Pro has been making notable appearances across various certification platforms, including the Google Play Console, Bluetooth SIG, Thailand’s regulatory agency, and the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). The latest addition to this list is the US communication regulatory agency, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC listing, identified as model X6850, hints at a potential 12GB RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage variant, along with other possible configurations.
According to a Gizmochina report, the Infinix Note 40 Pro is anticipated to feature 70W wired fast charging support and 5W wireless charging. The FCC listing also suggests a Vintage Green color option for the phone. While the device appears to support 4G connectivity, it’s unlikely to be 5G-enabled, as indicated by the alleged FCC listing. A previous report suggested that the smartphone might be powered by the 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, lacking 5G support.
The dimensions listed on the FCC website for the Infinix Note 40 Pro are 165mm x 76mm x 8mm, closely resembling the Samsung Galaxy A23, which boasts a 6.6-inch display. Leaks also indicate a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout for the front-facing camera and a triple rear camera setup on the back. On the connectivity front, the handset is expected to offer WiFi 2.4/5.2/5.8GHz, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. The device could run on Android 14 out of the box.
In contrast, the vanilla Infinix Note 40 is rumored to feature a display with a resolution of 2436 x 1080 and a pixel density of 480 PPI. Powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC and paired with 8GB of RAM, this variant could support 45W wired charging. Both phones, as per the Google Play Console listing, seem to feature the power button and volume keys on the right side.
