PM Modi Announces Mera Yuva Bharat Platform for Youth Participation
Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled plans for the nationwide ‘Mera Yuva Bharat’ platform, set to be launched on October 31, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary. This initiative is designed to encourage and enable the youth to actively participate in various nation-building endeavors. PM Modi made this announcement during his Mann Ki Baat radio broadcast and urged young Indians to register on MYBharat.Gov.in, the official website for ‘Mera Yuva Bharat.’
“MYBharat will provide an opportunity for the youth of India to play an active role in various nation-building events. This is a unique effort to harness the youth’s potential in building a developed India,” the Prime Minister emphasized.

Tribute to Indira Gandhi and Emphasis on ‘Vocal for Local’

Additionally, he reiterated his call for promoting the ‘Vocal for Local’ initiative. He encouraged people to prioritize locally made products, especially during festivals and while embarking on tourism or pilgrimage.
PM Modi expressed his desire for individuals to support local artisans by purchasing their products, underlining the importance of boosting the local economy.
