- Health Insurance Cover: The Congress has pledged to provide a health insurance cover of Rs 25 lakh for all citizens of the state, which includes a Rs 10 lakh accidental cover.
- Reservation for OBCs: The manifesto promises 27 percent reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBCs), aimed at ensuring representation and opportunities for this section of the population.
- IPL Team: Kamal Nath announced the formation of an Indian Premier League (IPL) team representing the state, which would not only boost cricket but also provide entertainment for the people of Madhya Pradesh.
- Farm Loan Waiver: The Congress has promised to waive farm loans up to Rs 2 lakh, offering financial relief to farmers grappling with debts.
- Support for Women: Women are assured of assistance in the form of Rs 1,500 per month, providing financial support and empowerment.
- Affordable LPG Cylinders: The manifesto commits to making LPG cylinders available at an affordable price of Rs 500.
- Free School Education: The Congress aims to make school education free, ensuring access to quality education for all.
- Old Pension Scheme: The manifesto includes a pledge to implement the Old Pension Scheme, addressing pension concerns of government employees.
- Unemployment Allowance: Youth will receive unemployment allowances ranging from Rs 1,500 to Rs 3,000 per month for two years, providing financial support during periods of joblessness.
