
Three Bihar Labourers Killed After SUV Hits Pedestrians in Jewar Uttar Pradesh
Jewar, Uttar Pradesh [VoM News]: According to police, three labourers from Bihar died after being allegedly hit by a fast-moving Scorpio SUV, as they were walking along a roadside in the Jewar region of Gautam Buddh Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh
The crash occurred around midnight Wednesday on the Jewar-Khurja road near Neemka village. In Jewar police station limits, the mishap occurred that according to authorities, SUV ran over three pedestrians leaving them fatally wounded and all three died on the spot.
The deceased-Karan, 22, Vishwajeet, 24, and Mithun, 25-all were from Araria in Bihar, police said.

After the incident the police held inquest proceedings and bodies were taken for post mortem.
A case has been registered against the SUV driver in the family members complaint of the deceased. The vehicle has been confiscated and the police have formed a team to find and arrest the culprit.
