Emraan Hashmi Captivates Fans on Set of Ground Zero in Kashmir
Actor Emraan Hashmi has been making waves on the set of his upcoming film ‘Ground Zero’ in the picturesque landscapes of Kashmir. Donning an Indian army uniform, Hashmi’s presence has sparked excitement among fans, with numerous videos and images circulating online showcasing the actor’s warm reception in Baramulla.
Shooting Amidst Warm Welcome in Kashmir
Directed by Tejas Vijay Deoskar, known for his work in Marathi cinema, ‘Ground Zero’ features Hashmi portraying an Indian army officer. Despite earlier rumors of injury during filming in Pahalgam, Kashmir, Hashmi took to social media to dispel concerns, expressing gratitude for the warm welcome received from the people of Kashmir.”The people of Kashmir have been very warm and welcoming,” Hashmi shared on his social media page. “It has been an absolute joy shooting in Srinagar and Pahalgam. The news of me being injured in a stone pelting incident is inaccurate.”
Exciting Ventures Beyond Bollywood
Ground Zero’ is produced by Excel Entertainment, the banner of actor-filmmaker duo Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Alongside this project, Hashmi is set to make his Telugu film debut with ‘They Call Him OG,’ slated for release in September. This multilingual endeavor also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Arjun Das, and Prakash Raj.
Hashmi’s recent cameo in the historical thriller drama film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ showcases his versatility and expanding repertoire in the film industry.
