DLIC Doda approves 22 Mumkin & 2 Tejaswini Cases to give gainful livelihood to the unemployed youth
Doda, November 22: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) convened to review the progress of Mission Youth initiatives, encompassing Mumkin, Tejaswini, and Spurring Entrepreneurship. Led by District Development Commissioner (DDC) Harvinder Singh, the meeting focused on gauging the impact and advancements of these youth-oriented programs.
In the initial deliberations, the committee examined the status of the Mission Youth schemes. Notably, approval was granted to 22 out of 26 online applications received under the Mumkin scheme. Three Mumkin scheme cases were deferred, and one was rejected by the DLIC Doda.

In the context of the Tejaswini schemes, two women secured approval for financial assistance to launch their own businesses, providing them with a means to achieve gainful livelihoods with dignity.The meeting saw the participation of key officials, including ADC Doda Dr R K Bharti, General Manager DIC Doda, LDM, District Coordinator JK Bank, DNO EDI, Employment Officer Doda, and other relevant officers.
The gathering aimed to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the ongoing youth-centric initiatives and their positive contributions to empowering the local community.
