WHO has announced urgent plans to evacuate patients and staff from the hospital, which has been accused by Israeli forces of being used by Hamas as a command center. This claim has been refuted by the group and medical staff.
Tragic Toll of Conflict
The conflict has taken a heavy toll, with more than 80 fatalities reported in twin strikes on a northern Gaza refugee camp, including a UN school sheltering displaced people. These incidents have sparked international outrage, with Egypt condemning the bombing as a war crime and an affront to the United Nations.
