Car Catches Fire on Ahmedabad-Udaipur Highway, Two Injured
A dramatic incident unfolded on Friday night when a vehicle traveling along the Ahmedabad-Udaipur Highway in Udaipur district suddenly caught fire, resulting in minor injuries to two individuals. Dilip Singh, an official from the Kherwara police station, recounted the event, stating that the car, racing from Udaipur toward Ahmedabad, lost control, overturned, and subsequently ignited. He added that upon being notified of the incident, their police team swiftly responded, seeking assistance from the fire brigade.
Unfortunately, despite their efforts, reports indicate that the fire intensified rapidly before the police reached the scene, quickly engulfing the entire vehicle in flames.
The two occupants of the car were successfully rescued but sustained minor burns due to the fire. They were immediately transported to a primary health center located in Kherwara for necessary medical attention.
As of now, further details surrounding the incident are still pending, and authorities are awaiting additional reports for a comprehensive understanding of the event.
