DDC Chairman Doda Inaugurates Newly Constructed Dharamshala at Kalgoni Mandir
Chairman of District Development Council Doda, Dhananter Singh Kotwal, inaugurated a newly built Dharamshala at Kalgoni Mandir, Block Changa. Constructed under the Capex DDC grant, the facility will provide rest and shelter to hundreds of devotees visiting the temple.
Key officials, including SDM Gundow Arun Badyal and BDO Changa Akeel Kamal, attended the event. Chairman Kotwal emphasized the importance of such amenities in promoting local development and preserving the cultural heritage of the region.
This project is part of the broader goal to enhance public infrastructure across Doda.
