    Jammu, 25-08-2024 : Jammu Police extended a warm welcome to the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) companies as they arrived in the district for their assembly election duties. The arrival, marked by enthusiasm and a spirit of cooperation, underscores the importance of the CAPF’s role in ensuring a secure and peaceful electoral process.

    Superintendent of Police (SP) Headquarters Jammu, along with Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) DAR Jammu, and other senior officers from both the police and CAPF, were present at Jammu Railway Station to receive the arriving personnel.

    The reception reflected the district’s deep appreciation for the CAPF’s support and highlighted the crucial collaboration between the local police and the central forces during this critical period.

    The Jammu Police emphasized its commitment to working closely with the CAPF, ensuring that all necessary cooperation and coordination are in place to facilitate their operations.
