Security Tightened in Doda After Three Terrorists Neutralized
Security forces have intensified measures in Doda city following the neutralization of three terrorists in the Gandoh, Bhaderwah sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. According to Anand Jain, ADGP of Jammu, two M-4 rifles and one AK-47 were recovered from the terrorists.
ADGP Jain highlighted the ongoing search operations in the area. He urged residents to assist in identifying those providing support to terrorists, indicating that strict actions will be taken against them.
Addressing concerns about new terror groups, Jain confirmed the presence of such groups in the region and assured that investigations are underway, including the Chhattergala incident. He also reassured that there is no threat to the Amarnath Yatra.
Earlier reports confirmed the death of two terrorists in the same joint operation, with arms and ammunition recovered from their possession.
