    Washington, June 20, 2026 [VoM News ]: As the tensions remain fragile on the ground, there are the reports that a ceasfire between Israel and Hezbollah came into effect, the impact of which is not visible from the global eye perspective.

    After the fresh reports of exchange of fire was reported earlier in the day, now, the United States President Donald Trump has stated that ge encouraged the Israeli leadership to suport the ceasfire.

    A next move is likely to be held when JD Vance will take part in upcoming discussions with Iran in Switzerland as earlier talks were postponed.

    Halting of the military operations, easing of sanctions, martime arrangments in key shiping routes likely to be discussed under the broader US-Iran framework.
