KISHTWAR: Sheikh Nasir Hussain, Advocate, met with Chief Executive Officer Waqf, Dr. Amir Hussain Zargar, to discuss various important issues concerning the administration and management of Waqf properties and resources.
During the meeting, they focused on several key areas. They emphasized the need for strategies to ensure greater transparency and accountability in managing Waqf properties. This includes adopting modern technologies and best practices to improve oversight. Proper maintenance and preservation of the “Tabarukaat” of Sufi saints and other Waqf properties were also highlighted.
