    Dennis Francis, the President of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), expressed appreciation for India’s G20 presidency in a conference held at the UN headquarters. He commended India’s leadership under the theme of Vasudeva Kutumbhakam, emphasizing the concept of one earth, one family, one future.     President Francis underscored the significance of unity and solidarity during these challenging times. He mentioned that people naturally seek support and community in moments of distress. The theme of “One World, One Family” aligns with the need for global support.

    He expressed deep appreciation for India’s leadership in reminding the world of this important truth, emphasizing the value of coming together in times of distress.
