
Block level Amrit Kalash Yatra under Meri Matti Mera Desh organised with grand celebrations amidst a huge gathering at block HQ Bhagwah
Block Level Amrit Kalash Yatra organised yesterday with a grand function which was held at block Bhagwah, where Mitti Yarta event was organised under the banner of ‘Meri Maati, Mera Desh’ campaign.
The event was held under the August presence of BDC Bhagwah , DDC Bhagwah, DDC Kastigarh, Assistant Commissioner Development Doda, Sh. Phulail Singh JKAS, besides Tehsildar Bhagwah, Principal HSS Bhagwah, CDPO Bhagwah , TSO Bhagwah Families of Martyrs , other galaxy of officers from civil, police administration and PRIs of Block Bhagwah were also present.
While speaking on the occasion ACD Doda highlighted the significance of the nation wide campaign which aims at to pay a tribute to the national and local heroes who had laid down their lives in the line of duty for the mother land.Meanwhile a number of performances of Patriotic songs and cultural items were presented by students of HSS Bhagwah before the locals which were thoroughly enjoyed by the gathering.
As a mark of respect the floral tribute was paid to the martyrs by all the guests available. The families of martyrs were also felicitated on the occasion .
