VoM News Desk, June 17, 2026 [VoM News]: According to a post shared on social media platform X by Analyst & International Mediator Faisal Muhammad, U.S. President Donald Trump announced during the G7 summit that the United States would work closely with India in South Asia. Faisal Muhammad claimed that Trump stated the U.S. would stand by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi if he faced any threats.
The post further alleged that Trump said if Modi remained India’s leader and the country came under attack, the United States would support Modi and join India in confronting the aggressor.
