ORS Enjoys Strong Debut with 7.5% Premium
Organic Recycling Systems, a company worth ₹50 crores, celebrated a successful debut on the BSE SME platform today. The share price for Organic Recycling Systems started at ₹215 per share, marking a 7.5% increase from the issue price of ₹200.
This IPO, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 2,500,200 equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component, is generating significant investor interest. Sarang Bhand serves as the promoter of the company, and the net proceeds from the offering will be allocated to various purposes. According to the red herring prospectus (RHP), 75% of the gross IPO proceeds will be directed towards debt repayment, while 20.96% will serve general corporate purposes, and 4.04% will cover issue expenses.
Arihant Capital Markets Ltd leads as the book running lead manager for the Organic Recycling IPO, with Maashitla Securities Private Ltd serving as the registrar. Arihant Capital Markets also functions as the market maker for the IPO.
The grey market premium (GMP) for Organic Recycling IPO today stands at +16, consistent with the previous two trading sessions. This suggests that shares of the Organic Recycling IPO are trading at a premium of ₹16 in the grey market, reflecting investors’ enthusiasm. With this strong GMP and considering the upper end of the IPO’s price band, the estimated listing price for Organic Recycling Systems shares is ₹216 each, marking an 8% increase over the IPO issue price of ₹200.
The substantial premium and positive debut signal investors’ willingness to pay a premium for shares of Organic Recycling Systems, reflecting optimism about the company’s prospects in the waste management sector.
