Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to Skip ED Summons in Excise Policy Case for Fourth Time
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the fourth time in the excise policy case.
The ED issued the fourth summons, asking him to appear, but Kejriwal replied that he won’t be able to attend due to his visit to Goa to meet party workers and review preparations for the Lok Sabha polls.
The AAP accused the ED of attempting to arrest Kejriwal to prevent him from campaigning. Kejriwal has questioned the ED’s motives, alleging that the agency is acting as the “judge, jury, and executioner.”
