Rajnath Singh Urges Business Leaders to Collaborate for India’s Growth
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, speaking at the FICCI annual general meeting, called upon business leaders to collaborate with the government to make the 21st century India’s century.
Singh highlighted India’s emergence as a global growth engine and credited the transformative policies of the government for the nation’s growth.
He emphasized India’s commitment to green growth, gender-neutral economic development, and the creation of a growth web by decentralizing activities to far-flung areas.
Singh also outlined infrastructure development achievements, including the expansion of national highways and airports.
He stressed the importance of human resources in economic progress, citing interventions like the National Education Policy and the establishment of new universities and skill development initiatives.
