The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled its third list of candidates for the upcoming Rajasthan assembly elections. This list includes 58 candidates, with particular attention drawn to the clash in the Tonk constituency. Former MLA Ajit Singh Mehta has been named as the BJP candidate against incumbent Congress leader and sitting MLA Sachin Pilot. The BJP’s second candidate list already introduced former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, who will contest from Jhalarpatan, while senior BJP leader Rajendra Rathore is set to run from Taranagar. The list also features Rajyavardhan Rathore, an MP from Jhotwara, and MP Diya Kumari, who is fielded from Vidhyadhar Nagar. Other notable candidates include Baba Balaknath in Tijara and Kirodi Lal Meena in Sawai Madhopur.
