The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) recently took place at Panchayat Hambal A and Hambal-B in Block Khellani, District Doda, emphasizing the thorough implementation of key government initiatives. Welcoming teams were PRI members, frontline workers, and the local public.

Commencing with the arrival of the IEC Van and an opening movie, the event included participants taking the Viksit Bharat Pledge. Government officers interacted with citizens, creating awareness about various schemes and engaging with beneficiaries.

The public actively participated in the event, with government departments setting up stalls to showcase flagship schemes, enhancing awareness and involvement. In the ‘Meri Kahani, Meri Zubaani’ segment, beneficiaries shared their experiences with different schemes. A medical health checkup camp provided services like TB and NCD screenings to the locals.

Representatives highlighted numerous flagship schemes such as PM KISAN, Vishwakarma, Suraksha Bima Yojna, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, and many others, spanning welfare, employment, and income-generation initiatives.

The yatra garnered massive engagement from people, PRIs, notable citizens, and various department officials. Additionally, a colorful cultural program entertained the audience, earning appreciation. Certificates were distributed among students who excelled in national-level sports activities.
