The four-year marriage between tel evision personality and former ‘The Bachelorette’ star Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo seems to be coming to an end. Abasolo filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences, as seen in the obtained court documents by CNN.

In his divorce petition, Abasolo requested Lindsay to cover his legal expenses and provide him with spousal support. The couple met in 2017 during Lindsay’s appearance on the reality show, ‘The Bachelorette.’ They got engaged on the show’s finale and tied the knot in 2019.

“After more than 4 years of marriage, Rachel and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and start anew,” Abasolo shared in a statement on his Instagram page. “I’m a family man, but sometimes loving yourself and your partner means you must let go.”

As of now, Lindsay has not publicly responded to Abasolo’s filing. The couple does not have any children together. Over the New Year holiday weekend, prior to the divorce filing, Lindsay shared on her Instagram, “Definitely one of the hardest years of my life, but choosing to focus on grateful moments and carrying that energy into 2024.”

Lindsay gained fame from her appearance on Season 13 of “The Bachelorette” and is also known as a television personality, co-hosting the podcast “Higher Learning” with Van Lathan. Abasolo, as per his social media, works as a chiropractor in Los Angeles.
