Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. Announces Board Approval for Leadership Reappointments
New Delhi, September 16, 2025: Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. today announced that its Board of Directors has approved key leadership reappointments to ensure continuity in management and support the company’s growth strategy.
- The Board approved a one-year extension of Mr. Indrajit Mookerjee’s term as Executive Director & Vice Chairman, effective 2 April 2026.
- The Board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Sudipta Mukherjee as Managing Director for a period of five years, with the new term to commence 15 June 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
These decisions were approved at the Board meeting held recently and will be placed before shareholders for the requisite approvals, where required.
