Samba Police Seizes 08 Dumpers For Illegal Mining

Samba, April 11, 2025: Continuing its drive against illegal mining, Samba Police has seized eight dumpers in the jurisdiction of Police Stations Ghagwal and Samba which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.

Bovine Smuggling Bid Foiled By Jammu Police ; 30 Bovines Rescued, Vehicle Seized

Police teams headed by SHO Police Station Ghagwal, Incharge Police Post Rajpura of PS Ghagwal and Incharge Police Post Mansar of PS Samba while performing patrolling duty in their jurisdictional areas, have seized seven dumpers bearing registration Nos.JK21G-9285, JK02CS-7032, JK21D-0670, JK21K-9905, JK02AV-6145, JK21G-6926, JK21G-7817 and JK21G-5325 which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material in the area.

Crackdown on Illegal Mining in Rular Zone Of Jammu; 10 Vehicles Seized

The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to the Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further legal action.
