
RPHQ Batote Organizes “Webinar on Aadhaar Verification” for Field Officers of Doda, Kishtwar, and Ramban in colloboration with UIDAI
Batote, April 10, 2025 — The Range Police Headquarters (RPHQ), Batote, successfully organized a UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) training webinar aimed at strengthening operational understanding and ensuring compliance with Aadhaar-related procedures among field-level police officers.
The session, conducted by officers from UIDAI, focused on key topics such as “Aadhaar verification using QR codes” through mobile applications like “mAadhaar” and “Aadhaar QR Scanner“. It also addressed concerns regarding attempts by illegal immigrants to fraudulently obtain Aadhaar. The training was designed to promote adherence to UIDAI guidelines and encourage uniformity in Aadhaar-related operations across field units.
The webinar was attended by all Station House Officers (SHOs), In-Charges of Police Posts (I/C PPs), Non-Gazetted Officers (NGOs), and In-Charges of all checkpoints (Nakas) from the trio districts of Doda, Kishtwar, and Ramban. This broad participation reflects the police force’s commitment to adopting best practices and ensuring the accurate implementation of UIDAI protocols at the grassroots level.
