U.S. President Donald Trump issued a strong appeal for members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), military, police, and security forces to lay down their arms, offering them total immunity if they surrender — warning they would face “guaranteed death” if they continue fighting. He also encouraged Iranian diplomats to seek asylum and help shape a “new and better Iran.”
