Mallikarjun Kharge Commends Congress Booth Agents, Urges Door-to-Door Efforts for 2024 Lok Sabha Polls
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge expressed gratitude to the booth-level agents of Congress, attributing the formation of the Congress government in Telangana to their dedicated efforts. Kharge urged the booth agents to continue their hard work and conduct door-to-door campaigns in preparation for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Kharge questioned the outcomes of the proclaimed “Modi’s Guarantee,” emphasizing issues like job creation, inflation reduction, and the retrieval of black money.
He cautioned against falling into emotional traps during elections and stressed the importance of preserving the country’s democracy and constitution.
The Congress party achieved a significant victory in Telangana in 2023, securing an absolute majority with 64 out of 119 seats.
