Major Road Accident in Assam’s Morigaon District Injures 25
A severe road accident occurred in Assam’s Morigaon district, resulting in injuries to at least 25 people. The incident involved a head-on collision between two passenger vehicles.
Collision in Jaluguti Area
The accident took place in the Jaluguti area of central Assam, where two passenger vehicles collided while traveling in opposite directions.
Following the collision, local residents quickly intervened to rescue the injured and admitted them to Morigaon Civil Hospital for medical attention.
Medical Report and Hospitalization
Dr. Uttam Das from Morigaon Civil Hospital confirmed the admission of 25 injured people. One individual, who sustained severe injuries, has been referred to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital. Fortunately, there have been no fatalities reported in this incident.
