Hajj pilgrims in Doda district get vaccinated
DODA, APRIL 30: The immunization and vaccination camp for Hajj-2024 Pilgrims was held today here in OPD Block of Government Medical College here and two other places.
Deputy Commissioner, Harvinder Singh along with Chief Medical Officer Dr. Om Kumar, District Immunization Officer Dr. Varsha Sharna, Medical Superintendent Dr. Tanveer and other Senior officers of District Administration were present on the occasion.
The DC took stock of the vaccination process and inspected the arrangements put in place to facilitate the Pilgrims of the district.The Deputy Commissioner expressed satisfaction over the vaccination program for Hajj pilgrims and extended his best wishes to them for their pilgrimage.
As many as 63 people of the district Doda have been selected for Hajj 2024 and were vaccinated at different vaccination counters designated at GMC Doda, SDH Bhaderwah and SDH Gandoh.
