Naseer Rather, an IIS Officer from the 2019 batch, has been assigned the crucial role of Field Publicity Officer in Srinagar. He will be stationed at the Regional Office of the Central Bureau of Communication, a division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
