Irfan Solanki’s legal troubles extend beyond the encroachment accusation, encompassing various charges such as plot disputes, arson, using a fake Aadhaar card for air travel, and allegedly providing fake Indian citizenship to Bangladeshi citizens. His imprisonment has persisted for a year, reflecting the severity and complexity of the legal issues surrounding him.

Despite being incarcerated, Solanki sought to participate in the Rajya Sabha elections by filing an application. However, the court dismissed his plea, underscoring the legal obstacles he faces.
