Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal extended best wishes, expressing confidence in the strengthening of bilateral ties. Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu, despite recent tensions, highlighted the centuries-old friendship with India, emphasizing mutual respect and kinship.
