Doda Police Introduces WhatsApp Helplines for Women and Anti-Drug Support
In a proactive measure to effectively address the concerns of women facing domestic violence, sexual harassment, threats, and other crimes, as well as to gather information on drug-related activities, Doda Police has launched dedicated helpline numbers on WhatsApp at the Police Control Room in Doda. The newly established helplines include a Women Help Line (WhatsApp) with the number (9103317364) and an Anti-Drug Help Line (WhatsApp) with the number (9103317362).
The personnel assigned to manage both helplines in Doda will promptly respond to calls and WhatsApp messages received on the provided numbers. All incoming calls and messages at the PCR Doda will be meticulously recorded in a register maintained by the responsible staff. Following the necessary actions, the complainant will be notified of the status and resolution of their complaints, with utmost confidentiality maintained regarding their identity.
