DDA Greenlights Robust Annual Budget for FY 2024-25
Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena approves DDA’s annual budget of Rs 8,811 crore for FY 2024-25, reflecting a strong emphasis on infrastructural development.
With revenue targets set at Rs 9,182 crores, this signifies a substantial 19 percent increase, propelled by a remarkable 69 percent surge in developmental activities during the ongoing financial year.
The comprehensive agenda includes housing provisions, landscape aesthetics, heritage preservation, and a specific allocation of Rs 3,460 crore for land and physical infrastructure development, focusing on sub-cities like Narela, Dwarka, and Rohini.
Enhancements in car parking facilities and ongoing housing projects further showcase Delhi’s commitment to transformative growth.
