MENLO PARK, Calif., April 30, 2025. Cyngn, Inc. (the “Company” or “Cyngn”) (Nasdaq: CYN) will announce its fiscal first quarter 2025 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2025, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, after the close of market.

The financial results will be available on the Cyngn website under “News & Events” at https://investors.cyngn.com/.  The Company will not host an earnings call.
