    CEO Doda Hosts Virtual Meeting to Strengthen Fair and Secure Examination Protocols

    Doda, February 19– The Chief Education Officer Doda Mohammad Hafiz today chaired a virtual meeting with the Principals, Headmasters, and Superintendents of schools affiliated with the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Examinations to discuss important directives for the ongoing JK BOSE examination.The primary goal of the meeting was to outline key measures that will ensure the exams are conducted fairly, securely, and in an orderly manner across the region.

    During the meeting, the CEO outlined several vital guidelines aimed at enhancing the overall examination process. Among the most significant directives was the strict prohibition of electronic devices within the examination centres. The CEO emphasized that mobile phones, smartwatches, and any other form of electronic communication or photography will not be allowed during examination hours. This measure is aimed at preserving the integrity of the exam process and preventing any form of malpractice.

    Another crucial directive was the responsibility of Heads of Institutions (HOIs) and Superintendents in maintaining the sanctity of the examination environment. The CEO made it clear that these individuals will be held accountable for ensuring that all examination rules are strictly followed. They must supervise the centres vigilantly, ensuring that no breaches of conduct occur during the exam period.

    With adverse weather conditions predicted in the region, the CEO also underscored the importance of making necessary preparations to ensure the comfort of both candidates and staff. Special attention must be given to examination centres in hard zones, where heating and lighting arrangements should be checked and maintained to provide a suitable environment for students to perform to the best of their abilities.

    The issue of accountability was also a central theme of the meeting. The CEO reiterated that any incidents or violations during examination hours will result in personal accountability for the Heads of Institutions, Superintendents, and supervisory staff. This measure will ensure that there is no room for negligence or misconduct, and that the examination atmosphere remains secure and conducive to learning.
