CEO Doda Conduct Surprise Inspections to Bolster Educational Standards in Bhaderwah Zone
DODA, April 12 – In a proactive move to elevate quality of education and ensuring accountability, Chief Education Officer Doda, Mr. Mohammad Hafiz, accompanied by Zonal Education Officer Bhaderwah, Mr. Suresh Kumar Sharma, today conducted a series of surprise inspections across various schools within the Bhaderwah Zone.
The unannounced visits encompassed Higher Secondary School (HSS) Sartingal, Government Primary School (GPS) Chinote, Upper Primary School (UPS) Haliyan, Government Middle School (GMS) Masjid, Lower High School (LHS) Nagar, and UPS Basti. These inspections were designed to provide the CEO and the ZEO with a direct insight into the operational effectiveness of these educational institutions.
During their visits, Mr. Hafiz and Mr. Sharma meticulously assessed key indicators, including student enrollment figures, the current staffing levels for both teaching and non-teaching personnel, and their adherence to punctuality norms. They also held direct interactions with the Heads of Institutions (HoIs) to understand the challenges they encounter and to evaluate the overall performance of their respective schools.
Beyond these administrative checks, the officials placed significant emphasis on factors directly influencing the learning experiences of students. They reviewed the distribution process of complimentary textbooks to ensure timely and equitable access for all eligible students.
